How much are points worth?
$1 spent (before taxes) = 5 points.
Do my points expire?
How do I redeem points?
Redeem in app:
- Open the app and click “My Account”
- Select “Points” and choose the reward you want to redeem
- Create your order and add the item to your cart
- During checkout select “Rewards”
- Select your chosen reward and “Apply Rewards”
- Complete the checkout and enjoy!
Redeem online:
- Open OPA! Online Ordering
- Login and select your location
- Choose a menu item that displays the points value under the price (the option is only shown when you have enough points to redeem for that item)
- Choose the item at the bottom of the order screen and select “Use Points”
- Add the item to your bag
- Complete the checkout and enjoy!
When do I get my Welcome Reward?
After you place your first order your free Welcome Reward will be loaded to your account. You can redeem it on your next purchase.
How do I redeem my Birthday Reward?
Redeem in app:
- Open the app and create your order
- During checkout select “Rewards”
- Apply your Free Birthday Reward and select “Apply Rewards”
- Complete the checkout and enjoy!
Redeem online:
- Open the OPA! Online Ordering link
- Login and select your location
- Add the reward item you have selected to your bag
- At checkout, scroll down below the payment information to view your eligible rewards
- Select the item and click “apply”
- Complete the checkout and enjoy!
Do my Welcome Reward and Birthday Reward expire?
Yes. Your Free Welcome Reward and Birthday reward will expire after 1 month.
Can I redeem more than one reward at once?
At this time you can only redeem one reward per order.
Can I redeem a reward and earn points on the same order?
Yes! When you redeem a reward you still earn 5 points for every $1 you spend (before taxes).
